Happy birthday, MLA!

It's our 17th birthday! We're nearly old enough to vote!
I wonder if vampires vote? I bet Mick does. He definitely seems like the voting type.

Let's spend our special day thinking about our dear show, everyone who made it so special, and lovely Phee, who had the audacity and courage to start a forum. Without her, we wouldn't be here to celebrate!

May our birthday bring us lots of happy memories, and (of course) handsome vamps!

It's incredible to think back on how scary it was to start something new. And now - just look at what we've all built together!
This place was meant to be a refuge for writers, but it grew into an amazing community -- one that encouraged and nurtured an incomparable ML library and safe haven.

Thank you so much ,Alle, for taking over the reins and keeping us going.

It's hard to believe it's been 17 years. It's fun to remember the early years. The friendships, the belonging, the whole energy of our ML home! So thankful to Phoenix for creating this haven and to Allegrita who keeps us going!
