He had a beard years ago and that was ok.....but do love mustaches and goatees much better. 
Since we're talking about Alex's hair, I also miss Mick's locks. Mick's longer hair would never do for Steve but I miss Mick's longer hair. Not that Steve isn't gorgeous but if I had my pick......sigh....
